Proprietary Rights of the ICF and Session Presenters

By enrolling in learning products on this portal, you acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available by the International Coach Federation (“ICF”) or by presenters or in ICF’s literary or digital works are protected by applicable U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized in writing by ICF, you are strictly prohibited from selling, licensing, renting, modifying, distributing, copying, reproducing, transmitting, publicly displaying or performing, publishing, adapting, editing or creating derivative works from such materials, content or other protected work product. Reproduction, copying, creation of derivative works, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements of ICF’s or any presenter’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of ICF and the presenter. Permission may be granted in ICF’s and the presenter’s sole discretion.

Handouts and Materials

Handouts and other materials, where provided by the presenters or ICF, will be made available for download in the learning product, when possible. Such presenter materials constitute the original work product of the presenters and are thus protected by applicable U.S. copyright laws. In addition to the protections and limitations of use of such handouts set forth in these terms and conditions, such materials are subject to any additional restrictions imposed by the individual presenters.

Pursuant to the Canadian Anti-Spam Law (CASL) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ICF is seeking your express consent to have your electronic personal information stored in our system and to receive information regarding your activities within this system. By registering for activities on this platform, you are expressing your consent for your electronic data to be stored and to receive information regarding these activities.


Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Units

The content offered on this platform qualifies for CCE units toward your ICF Credential renewal. Each learning product indicates the type and amount of CCE units offered upon completion. Please review each product before enrolling as the requirements to earn the credits are unique to each learning product. Once the credit is earned and claimed, it will appear on your transcript. Your transcript can be used as proof of completed CCE units when renewing your ICF Credential.
