Mark Ruth possesses more than twenty-five years of experience working in project management, market research, and association management. Prior to joining the International Coach Federation (ICF), he managed The Ruth Company, a regional highway construction firm. Over the course of his thirteen years with this company, the firm successfully completed government and private contracts in excess of $75 million (USD).

Prior to his construction management experience, Mr. Ruth began a lengthy career in association management. Mark joined the ICF in 2006 and formed the organization’s Research and Education department. His duties include the development and oversight of member and industry research, including 10 global studies done in partnership with firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously, Mark served as market research analyst for the National Tour Association, where he managed a North American economic impact study of the group travel industry. His quantitative research experience has been further enhanced by achieving the designation of certified focus group moderator (Burke Institute). Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
