Coaching Science Community of Practice - Client Behavioral Feedback and its Impact on Professional Development
Join the ICF Coaching Science Community of Practice and Hélène Seiler, MCC, as she presents on the process and key results of a three-year research project on client feedback for the executive coach. Through her empirical research, she uncovered major knowledge gaps that currently prevent the coach from leveraging their clients as a source of developmental feedback. As a result, she developed an instrument that allows clients to report observations of effective coaching behaviors during or just after a coaching conversation. In this session we will also engage in a discussion about client feedback.
