Audrey Wallace Dorsey

Audrey Wallace Dorsey is the Senior Manager of the Independent Consultant’s Team for Hogan Assessment Systems Inc. In this role, Audrey is responsible for managing the consulting relationship for coaches throughout the United States. Her responsibilities include providing strategic consulting around the use of psychometric tools, specifically their applications to areas such as selection, recruiting, on boarding, high potential identification, and teambuilding. She also serves as a strategist for client projects using assessments, and builds internal competence on the use of assessment instruments with her clients. Academically, Audrey’s educational background is in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and she has also completed the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (Executive Coaching) in 2014-2015.
Doug Klippel

Douglas Klippel is an experienced HR consultant who has worked with a variety of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies on issues such as management development strategies, succession planning initiatives, talent management strategies, and executive development efforts. He has also provided individual coaching services for senior-level executives, and for eight years served as the Director of the Leadership Development Practice for Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc., an international management consulting company. Douglas also served as a member of the teaching faculty at the University of Tennessee, where he received his academic training in the field of industrial and organizational psychology. He is a regular presenter at professional conferences, and his work has been featured in a variety of publications.
