Coaching and Human Capital Community of Practice - The Brain-Friendly Guide to Managing Stress in Unpredictable Times
Join the ICF Coaching and Human Capital Community of Practice and Ann Betz, PCC, as they discuss the impact that stress has on health and productivity. According to current research, both too little and too much stress can put us in an unproductive fog because of the bio chemical impact on our higher brains. This session will explore research on stress in terms of brain function, discuss what coaching skills can be used to calibrate stress, and investigate the broader issue of systemic toxic stress within organizations.
