Coaching Supervision Community of Practice – Reflective Practice in Supervision: Part 1

Join the Coaching Supervision Community of Practice for their inaugural session exploring the first 2 elements of reflective practice—observing self and reflecting on prior interactions. The newly updated ICF Core Competencies state that the coach “develops an ongoing reflective practice to enhance one’s coaching” as a part of the coaching mindset. Join colleagues with a broad range of experiences with reflective practice and learn about ICF’s distinctions between mentor coaching and supervision (also known as Super-Vision).

*This session has been tentatively approved 1.50 CCE Units in Core Competency

This dicussion is continued in Part Two
