Team and Group Coaching Community of Practice – Team and Group Coaching for a Better World
Join the Team and Work Group Coaching Community of Practice as they welcome a panel of international expert coaches for an exploration of team and group coaching as an emerging practice to support sustainability, local and global governance, social movements, systemic change, and more. The panelists will share their vision, experiences, and explore challenges, strategies, and new ways to become involved in communities and movements around the world.

Elke Esders is a social innovation consultant (www.politicsreinvented.eu), a professional coach and group facilitator, combining twenty-three years as an adviser and consultant in international organisations (UN, Geneva and European Parliament, Brussels) with twenty years of coaching experience.
Eric Zinyengere
Instructor
ERIC DUMISANI ZINYENGERE was born in Zimbabwe. He works as a Coach, Consultant and Catalyst whose purpose in life is to help people and businesses unlock and exploit their full potential. Eric is certified management consultant and trainer running his own company TEAM Consulting based in Zimbabwe and operating in the Southern African Region. In this context Eric has spent the last five years working as National Country Coach to the Government of Zimbabwe supporting reforms around the “Doing Business” environment and has also supported other related reform programs across the public sector. Eric is also involved in various entrepreneurial ventures outside of consultancy to diversify his business portfolio. Outside of his professional work he sits on the ZIMCHE Council, various Associations and Christian Ministry boards, has been a lecturer in Leadership and Management at diploma and Masters level and also works with various organisations in training Christian leaders at both the local and international level with a focus on stewardship, goal setting and youth development. Eric and his family live in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Estefania Palomino

Estefanía Palomino helps leaders define their social impact goals, decolonize their business practices, and build their legacy. She is a certified executive and leadership coach and active member of the International Coaching Federation and the Diversity and Inclusion committee at the McLean Institute of Coaching. Estefanía is the founder of Aleph Leadership Corp and has coached diverse leaders in Asia, Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the U.S. Her thought leadership has been featured at global events such as the Aspen Ideas Festival and the World Business and Executive Coach Summit (WBECS). In 2015, Estefanía was selected as one of the “10 Young Leaders Who Are Creating A Better World” by Johnson & Johnson and the Huffington Post. Her work in philanthropy was recently featured in the BBC documentary “Living without Limits.”
Estefanía holds a law degree from Universidad de Los Andes, a Master’s degree in International Law and Settlement of Disputes from the United Nations
Josie McLean

Josie McLean has been researching, publishing and practising in the space of systems change for over 15 years. It turns out that most changes (many of which fail to deliver their intended outcomes) involve an element of systemic change that is often overlooked.
She has a solid track record of developing leadership capability within organisations to help them change themselves (systemically) and designing and delivering interventions that help people adapt.
Josie works with senior managers and executive teams who are responsible for particular changes, eg. cultural or digital transformations. Some clients are responsible for big future social issues such as climate change and sustainability. Together, she helps them apply the theory of complexity to their everyday work to lead change more effectively and retain their own inner balance.
Some people describe her as a bit of a trailblazer:
• co-founder of the Australian coaching industry and one of the first Australian credentialed coaches with the International Coach Federation. In 2009 I received the ICF global President’s Award for my qualities as a coach and service to the coaching industry in Australia.
• travelled to Harvard University to learn the adaptive leadership framework with Ron Heifetz and Marty Linsky in 2006.
• co-founder of the Climate Coaching Alliance in Nov 2019 (https://www.climatecoachingalliance.org/)
• developing systemic coaching introducing 'Complexity for Coaches: From Theory to Practice' program during September 2020.

Her doctoral research was a practical exploration of how paradigm shifting change, to form sustainable and sustaining organisations, might be seeded. Her thesis received the Dean’s Commendation for Doctoral Thesis Excellence.
Josie’s work is not focussed by industry but rather the commonalities that emerge as we recognise that humans are at the heart of organisational life. Clients have included the ABC, Coles, NAB, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, BHP Billiton, Homestart Finance, City of Marion, City of Onkaparinga, City of Port Phillip, Adelaide MT Lofty NRM, Leader’s Institute of SA, Courts Administration Authority, ElectraNet, Richmond Wellbeing, LHI Retirement Services.
