Kyle Novak joined Rogers in 2012 and has held a variety of roles in Organizational Development related to Culture, Leadership, Engagement, and Team Effectiveness. He currently leads Rogers Organizational Effectiveness team, a talented group of team coaches who work with leaders and teams to help them have critical conversations to create connections and drive performance. He also has a passion for defining, shaping, and measuring organizational culture.
He holds an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Management and Consulting from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Music Performance in Jazz Performance, also from the University of Toronto.
Sara is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 25 years of coaching and consulting experience in a wide variety of companies, including GlaxoSmithKline and Imperial Oil. Within Rogers, Sara has coached individuals and teams at all levels, giving her a unique view of what it takes to build a thriving organization.
Sara has grown her career as a Human Resources business partner and senior leader, with a focus on building her executive and team coaching experience. She is currently working toward adding the ACC designation to her skillset.
