Juergen Bache

For over 20 years Juergen Bache has been working as a certified individual psychological (Adlerian) management coach, project- and strategy coach, mostly with executives from middle management. He has been closely involved in promoting the profession of coaching for over fifteen years - including seven years as a board member and president of ICF-Germany and since 2016 in the IRB. With his involvement in the ethics group in the German Roundtable of Coaching Associations, he contributes to quality development, more transparency, and professionalism in coaching. Since 2018, he has had the pleasure of being part of the teams for the revision of the code of ethics and the creation of the EIS. Since 2020 he has been leading the German-speaking ethics-watercooler.

Michael J. Marx, MBA, EdD, PCC, CPCC, is a Professional Certified Coach specializing in business coaching and corporate consultation. His passion is adult learning and he serves on the MBA faculty of Concordia University Wisconsin where he teaches International Business and International Finance. He also teaches the Ethics course as well as the Coaching Skills Mastery course for the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.

<br />A strong advocate for professionalism in coaching, Michael currently serves as the leader of the ICF ‘Global Community of Practice on Ethics.’ He also serves on the ICF Independent Review Board. Prior to her 12 years in the coaching profession, she spent 20 years in corporate America in a variety of leadership positions within top U.S companies; Eli Lilly and Company, The Coca-Cola Company, Abbott Laboratories and Eastman Kodak Company.
Monique is a certified trainer with the Center for Coaching Certification and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach supporting individuals and teams in maximizing their talents for increased productivity and performance. Monique was a member of the ICF Code of Ethics Review Team for the revised Code of Ethics and the Ethical Interpretive Statements (EIS). She resides in South Florida with her husband and two teenage sons.
