Ethics Community of Practice –The Ethics of Mentor Coaching

Join the ICF Ethics Community of Practice and Nehad Tadros, MCC for a discussion surrounding the importance of ethics in a mentor coaching relationship. This session will explore several topics in mentor coaching such as what to look for in a mentor coaching relationship, what ideas to explore before working with a mentor coach, how to be an ethical mentor coach, new mindsets for mentor coaches to ensure they are ethical, and how to ensure that all mentor coaches maintain the highest of standards as laid out in the ICF Code of Ethics.
