Join the Executive and Leadership Coaching Community of Practice and a panel of MCC coaches as panelists and attendees tap into the experience of MCC coaches on how to support corporate clients during the Big Reset and the Great Resignation. Both are new concepts that have developed as a result of the global pandemic . This panel will explore the changing dynamics for coaches and discuss how to use the ICF coaching competencies for these turbulent times. *This session has been tentatively approved for 1 CCE unit in Core Competency and 0.5 CCE units in Resource Development

As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a Professional Mentor Coach (PMC), she has mentored many coaches over the span of her career. She's a leading figure within the coaching community and her program, Mastery in Coaching, is highly sought after by coaches and leaders seeking to hone their skills and apply them within their organizations. She’s extensively involved in the coaching community as a Past-President of the ICF Calgary Chapter and in 2015, the ICF honored her contributions by establishing the Diane Bonneau Coach Development Scholarship.

Özlem is an executive and relationship systems coach, facilitator. Her clients in various industries are mainly from Turkey, Europe and Middle East. She designs and leads transformational team and leadership development programs to improve the capacity, culture and effectiveness of leaders, teams and organizations.
She spent most of her corporate career at C-Level positions for multinational financial institutions. She left her banking career with the motivation of sharing her broad corporate experience with others and helping people in their career paths.

Saraswathi is an ICF credentialed MCC coach and a Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner, with over 14+ years of experience and over 2500 hours of coaching corporate leaders. Her experience with corporates spans over 20+ years of experience in the area of Whole Systems Transformation. She has worked with organizations like Eicher Consultancy Services (now part of PwC) and with British Oxygen Company (now part of the Linde Group). Her experience spans a variety of industries like Consulting and Advisory Services, IT & ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics, FMCG etc, to name a few. She is also a certified (Genos) Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
Yene Assegid

A seasoned transformational leadership practitioner with 30 years in the field of leadership and personal development, Yene Assegid is known for creating opportunities for sustainable intentional transformation at the individual, organisational and community levels. Her coaching and training design is based on systems thinking, understanding change from a holistic integral perspective based on the living dynamics and interactions between our individual realities and the many levels of collective realities that make up the world we live and work in.
Yene has been deeply involved in Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice work both in creating policies for DEIJ as well as to create programs to shift corporate culture.
She spends three fourth of her time working with Multinationals, United Nations Agencies and European Union Institutions; and one fourth doing pro-bono work with NGOs in Africa working with women and youth. Yene serves on the Board of the ICF Foundations.
