ICF Career Coaching Community of Practice - Hope-Action Theory in Practice

Join the Career Coaching Community of Practice and Andrea Fruhling on May 9th, 2022, from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. ET (New York) for a discussion on Hope-Action Theory, developed by Dr. Spencer Niles, Norman Amundson, and Hyung Joon Yoon. Hope-Action Theory addresses a core need for effective engagement in career development, specifically, the need for hope.  Hope represents the fuel for constructive engagement, yet no other theory addresses this fact as thoroughly as Hope-Action Theory.  Participants will learn about the model and some strategies for translating it into practice via activities and the Hope-Action Inventory.

*This session has been tentatively approved for 0.5 CCE units in Core Competency and 0.5 CCE Units in Resource Development.
