Executive & Leadership Coaching Community of Practice - Boundaries of Giving Feedback to Clients
Join the Executive and Leadership Coaching Community of Practice and a panel of MCCs on February 2, 2023, from 12 noon – 1:30 p.m. EST (New York) for a session on the boundaries of giving feedback to clients . Feedback is key to building client awareness, yet many coaches need help with the boundaries of coaching and mentorship. As coaches develop their competencies further at PCC and MCC levels, their feedback and direct communication skills develop with their courage to notice and call out on their observations. In this panel webinar, we will explore two main topics: the advanced applications of feedback skills in coaching and the shared skills between coaching and mentorship from a client perspective. We will learn from expert MCC coaches around the world what clients expect regarding feedback from their coaches and how to address best client needs on building awareness.
*This session has been tentatively approved for 1.5 CCE units in Core Competency.
