The Communities of Practice provide a virtual venue for coaches with a shared interest in a specific topic to advance their professional development, deepen their subject-matter expertise and share best practices, emerging trends, tools and tips.
Each Community of Practice is led by volunteer co-leaders who help facilitate the learning and organize the conversations, ideas and trends that emerge from the group. Communities of Practices are designed to promote active participation from their members.
Every quarter, each Community of Practice will host a live webinar presentation from a subject-matter expert related to its topic area. All quarterly sessions are recorded and archived for to access OnDemand.

ICF strives to provide continuing coach education that is relevant across various aspects of a coach’s practice from coaching skills to business development. The continued learning you will find here is offered in various contexts including OnDemand sessions and recorded in-person event sessions.
Below is a listing of all scheduled live sessions and available OnDemand session recordings. It is important to note that for ICF Credential renewal purposes, credit for a specific session can only be claimed once. Watching the same session more than once does not warrant more CCE units. For example, if you watch a live session, and then watch the recording of the session again, you are only able to claim credit for that session for the first completion. Tips for finding an OnDemand Session: Search by specific CP or credit type by using the search box. For more details on the session, presenter and CCE units, click on the title of the session.
